Mother-in-law on the phone? We'll be right there. Deep breath. There's no time (and maybe no budget) to rush to a local spa for a nice soaking bath and scrub. That doesn't signify you don't get the R&R necessary to de-stress your life. How about bringing home spa treatments with you for your vacations.

Crafting a Bathroom Home Spa on a Budget

You can turn your bathroom into a five star spa with just one member: YOU. Here are some of my favorite tips on how you might "get away" and feel divine with spa facilities never leaving your house.

- Create your home spa to model your favored spa. If you like the fact that they provide water out of crystal glasses then buy a gorgeous goblet for your washroom. Spend in that fluffy robe and have beautiful baskets to keep your home spa tools. Hide a few stunning candles that only come out for spa night and special towels that you merely use for these special days. Mix a teaspoon of oil to 12 cup of salt and blend until you have a loose paste. Don't crush the salt grains. Keep this mixture in a plastic bowl next to your shower or bath. By the way, skip the sugar scrubs. The granules are very smaller and less helpful. Personally , I love Nantucket Natural Oils for their concentrated purity. Try adding flowers, including rose petals to this salt mix. Now, just use a cloth or a loofah and scrub your body from head to toe. It's natural, affordable and you will feel like silk.
